My approach is to “un-intimidate” the subject or skill, create a non-judgmental environment, and facilitate the learner to make what they learn their own. I believe that the learning process and classroom experience must be comfortable, safe, and enjoyable.
The class is designed to enhance muscular strength, flexibility, balance, stamina, range of motion, and coordination. Hand weights and resistance bands are used in the class. All exercises can be done standing or seated and modified to suit your condition and comfort.
